Following consultation with supporting organisations and the industry Stepex Ltd has announced that the EMFM Expo Conference and Exhibition which was due to be held on 24–25 November 2010, has been postponed.

The concept behind EMFM was to create a Northern based FM and Maintenance event which through a combination of Free to attend conference sessions and major exhibition would be of a size and scope to reflect the needs of estates, facilities and maintenance managers located in the North and North West.

However, a number of companies have decided to delay their decision to exhibit at EMFM until the impact of the government’s public sector spending review on their business has been assessed.

Reflecting this uncertainty and despite the support of leading companies and organisations, Stepex Ltd has taken the decision to postpone this event at this time.
